During his movement all over Canada as a surveyor he came across many youngsters whose immigration status in Canada was not clear.  As a social service to his country of adoption he assisted many persons to acquire legal status.  He was also associated with Refugee Board.  His interaction with the immigration authorities and the immigrants to Canada brought a change in his career and he established immigration consultancy business in Canada & India in 1993 so that persons could immigrate legally to the country of their choice.  Subsequently he expanded the operations of his consultancy firm and helped people to immigrate to Australia, USA, UK and New Zealand.  With the dedication to work and honesty of purpose imbibed during his army service and the organizational competence developed during his working as an entrepreneur in Canada and India, the consultancy firm became a multinational group having branches and associate companies in South-Asia (Nepal, Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka), UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah), East Africa (Kenya, Uganda), South Africa , UK, Australia, Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica etc.

The mission of Col. Sandhu is, that, in the modern globalised village the professionals, entrepreneurs, investors, farmers and skilled workers should be able to relocate to that part of the village where they can earn optimum income and lead a happy and prosperous life.  In this mission he has been successful because during a short period of 15 years more than 100000 people have immigrated to Canada, USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand and European Union.

As Col. Sandhu is holding two masters degrees he has got a vision of an educationist also and therefore he decided to bring Canadian, New Zealand and European education to the door steps of the Indian students.  A prestigious institution providing foreign education which makes students eligible for higher studies in the parent institutions abroad and also makes them eligible for placement in foreign countries has been established in India.

His stay in North America made him realize the importance of establishing an 18 hole golf course in the shape of Forest Hill Golf and Country Club situated in India, which also provides opportunities for bird watching, boating etc.
